Description:

Ikeum technologies based out in NJ, USA is looking for a Technical Recruiter who can help to grow our staff augmentation business, and pursue the consulting opportunities in the US.

The Technical Recruiter will work with Business Development and Sales team in USA and India to ensure all consulting resource needs are met, and will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle process from recruiting and placement to retention and account management.

This position will be based at Chennai, India, but need to work in USA EST time.

Duties:

Work with Business Development and Sales teams to understand immediate and future consulting resource needs

Recruit a diverse background of IT and business professionals

Manage the recruitment life cycle, particularly the sourcing and closing of professional IT candidates

Market consultants to existing and new clients

Qualification:

0-1 year experience in staff augmentation and IT consulting recruitment for USA clients with a proven track record.

Any call center experience or any sort of experience in interacting with US clients is preferred.

Bachelors Degree must/Masters degree preferred. Any experience in staff augmenting for data warehouse/business intelligence technology is preferred

Expertise with Internet and Job Board sourcing methods

Experience with cold calling, networking, and prospecting

Must be very proficient using Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Job Boards

Must have a good understanding of IT trends

Team coordination

Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision

Proactive in nature to pursue the opportunities

Strong evaluation and negotiation skills
